Credit Card Details: We do not store or keep any part of your credit card details either on our website or back office system.

Consent: By ordering from The ASA shop whether it is a paid for product or free of charge product, you are giving us consent to send you relevant marketing material via post, email, SMS/MMS, online or phone unless you tell us otherwise.
Opt-out: If you wish to opt-out of our marketing material you can do so at any time in your online account, at the bottom of our emails or by calling 01509 618700. We will act on this as quickly as possible.
No third party selling: We will never share, disclose, lease or rent your personally identifiable information with a third party for marketing purposes.
ASA/British Swimming (“BS”), and associated organisations web pages may contain electronic images, known as web beacons or spotlight tags. These enable the ASA/BS and associated organisations to count users who have visited certain pages on our website. Web beacons and spotlight tags are not used by us to access your personal information, they are simply a tool we use to analyse which web pages customers view, in an aggregated manner.
