Mental Fitness Sessions
Each mental fitness session is 60min long.
Equipment Required: Players to have a pen and paper to hand and take their own notes through the sessions.
Players will have the opportunity to Check In with some simple questions around how their week has been.
Help in leading to a healthy and balanced student-athlete lifestyle. Setting tasks, geared around the psychological attributes to create champions (motivation, self-awareness, self-regulation, communication and resilience).
To book a place, please select from Squad 05 or 06 from above - you will then be allocated a session by Swim England - This will be confirmed by them to you and will not be shown on your confirmation.
You will require Zoom to access sessions - the link will be provided on your confirmation email.

Squad 05B1 - Mondays from 19.30 - 20.30 22nd February, 8th March, 22nd March and 6th April
Squad 05B2 - Thursdays from 16.00- 17.00 25th February, 11th March, 25th March and 7th April
Squad 05B3 - Mondays from 19.30 - 20.30 1st March, 15th March, 29th March and 12th April
Squad 05B4 - Thursdays from 16.00 - 17.00 4th March, 18th March, 1st April and 14th April
Squad 06B1 - Tuesdays from 19.30 - 2030 23rd Febrauary, 9th March, 23rd March and 6th April
Squad 06B2 - Saturdays from 09.00 - 10.00 27th Februaury, 13th March, 27th March and 9th April
Squad 06B3 - Tuesdays from 19.30 - 20.30 2nd March, 16th March, 30th March and 13th April
