Elite Swimmer Medal

Swim England has started despatching its Awards once again after receiving a number of orders – and ensuring they can be distributed safely while adhering to Government guidelines. Orders placed via the Swim England web shop and directly through the Customer Services team are now being dealt with after precautionary measures were introduced to ensure it was safe for staff to carry out the work. Due to the changes, orders placed from now onwards will take up to five working days to be despatched.

Elite Swimmer Medal

The Elite Swimmer Medal is ideal for learners who have achieved the core and complementary Awards in the Aquatic Skills Framework.,

These include Learn to Swim Stages 8-10 in an aquatic discipline, Swimming Challenge Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards, and Rainbow Distance Awards 200 metres -1500 metres.

This gold coloured medal is the last in the series and marks completion of the Learn to Swim Programme!

Learners can log their progress towards their Elite Swimmer Medal by collecting stickers when they achieve each Award and showing them off on the Learn to Swim Stages 1-10 sticker book.

Pre-School Medal (Bronze) - awarded when learners have achieved the Discovery Duckling, Duckling and I CAN Awards in the Pre-School Framework).

Learn to Swim Medal (Silver) - awarded to learners who have achieved all core and complementary Awards in the Learn to Swim Framework. These include These include Learn to Swim Stages 1-7, Water Safety Awards 1-3, Rainbow Distance Awards 5-100 metres, and Rainbow Distance Stroke Awards 5-25 metres.
