This set of six Awards are perfect to ensure that swimmers develop essential skills in line with the Swim England Talent pathway.

Building on the skills developed so far, swimmers will be introduced to dry land warm up exercises, learn how to use the pace clock when completing training sets, and will continue to develop stroke specific skills alongside starts, turns and relay takeovers.
