This set of six Awards are perfect to ensure that swimmers develop essential skills in line with the Swim England Talent pathway.

Building on the skills developed in the previous Award, swimmers will develop streamlining skills, learn about the importance of hydration and good nutrition, and start to use drills to develop their strokes and introduce turns.
