Subject to stock availability, we guarantee to despatch all orders by the end of the next working day following receipt of order, with the exception of personalised orders which can take up to 10 days. Orders placed over the weekend, or holiday periods are not processed until the next available working day.

If goods are out of stock, despatch of this item may be delayed and will be sent as soon as it is available. If any part of your order is out of stock, it will show in your Basket before purchase, and in your confirmation email received after confirming your order.

Delivery is subject to carrier or postal performance. Swim England can accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise, as a result of delayed delivery. We offer many delivery options when ordering, giving you the opportunity to choose how quickly and securely your parcel will arrive with you.

If you’re not available to receive your parcel when it is delivered, the carrier should leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.

Standard delivery times are 3-5 working days. Carriage charges apply based on the net value of your order, according to the following table:
