The Swim England Adult Swimming Framework is a national syllabus specifically designed to meet adult needs and motivations in swimming.

In this session you will learn how to implement the Swim England Adult Swimming Framework and importantly how it caters for a range of abilities: from non-swimmers and nervous swimmers to those who want to build confidence, improve health, stroke skills and technique.
