Swimming Stroke

Swim England has designed the Swimming Stroke Awards to encourage swimmers to achieve the correct skills in all four strokes, individual medley and turns and finishes before attempting to swim faster. These awards aim to reward the achievement of these skills in all four strokes as well as individual medley.

Before working towards the Swimming Stroke Awards, Swim England recommends swimmers complete the Competitive Start Award.
