We aim to meet standard delivery within 3-5 working days of your order placed by the web shop.
If goods are out of stock, despatch of this item may be delayed and will be sent as soon as it is available via next day delivery. If any part of your order is showing as pre-order, it will show in your Basket before purchase, and in your confirmation email received after confirming your order.
Delivery is subject to carrier or postal performance. Swim England will accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise, as a result of delayed delivery.
If you’re not available to receive your parcel when it is delivered, the carrier should leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel. This can include a pick up point locally.
