Rainbow Distance

The Rainbow Distance Awards align with the 10 stages of the Learn to Swim Programme, and consist of 19 progressively challenging awards. These awards gradually increase in distance, fostering swimmers' confidence, ability, and stroke techniques in tandem with their Learn to Swim Programme progression.
