The Swim England Rainbow Distance 25m Award can be achieved when a learner is working through the Learn to Swim Framework.
To achieve this award, learners must be able to swim 25 metres using a recognisable stroke, without pausing and without stress. Floatation aids cannot be used to achieve this award.
Learners can achieve this award whilst they achieve the Learn to Swim Stage 6 Award and once they achieve the Rainbow Distance 20m Award.
