This set of six Awards are perfect to ensure that swimmers develop essential skills in line with the Swim England Talent pathway.

Swimmers will continue to progress the skills learnt so far, including the use of dry land warm up exercises. They will also set goals for stroke improvement and continue to develop the four competitive strokes and relay takeover techniques.
