This set of six Awards are perfect to ensure that swimmers develop essential skills in line with the Swim England Talent pathway.

Swimmers will continue to advance their competitive swimming efficiency through the use of dry land exercises and stroke development. Swimmers will see the introduction of stroke and kick counts, as well as the execution of legal and effective starts, turns and relay takeovers.
