The Swim England Learn to Swim Stage 2 Award is the second award in the Learn to Swim Framework.
During this Stage, learners will have developed their safe entries into the water, which includes jumping in, basic floatation and rotation to regain an upright position without support. Travel must be without floatation equipment at this stage, but learners may use floatation equipment when not travelling.
Whilst working through the Learn to Swim Stage 2 Award, learners also achieve the Rainbow Distance 5m Award.
