The Swim England Open Water Swimming Award 3 is the last of three Open Water Swimming Awards that are designed for clubs to present to their members.
To achieve this award, learners have to complete various dry side and in the water activities.
The dry side activities include demonstrating correct use of personal equipment for the conditions of the swim and in the water activities include completing a 100 metres front crawl circle swim whilst sighting regularly to a point designated by the teacher or coach.
