The Swim England Water Skills 2 Award can be achieved by a learner who is working through the Learn to Swim Framework.
To achieve this award, learners should be able to perform 8 of the 10 required skills (or six for those with a SEND), without the use of floatation equipment. These skills include swimming one width on the front using a crawl-type front paddle and being able to demonstrate a flat or vertical floating position for 20 seconds.
